Buoyancy

For snorkeling it is usual to have about 2 lbs buoyancy. For diving it is usual to have 5 oz buoyancy. In both cases the SEADOO SEASCOOTER will rise to the surface of the water if accidentally released at depth.

Always wear a coast guard approved personal flotation device when using SEADOO SEASCOOTER.

On / off

Master switch：

It is used to disable the normal on / off trigger. When the master switch is in the off position the SEADOO SEASCOOTER can be handled without fear of accidentally knocking the main trigger into the on position.

　

Trigger：

It is a finger activated lever which acts as "Safety Trigger". The trigger has a soft-start feature that starts the propeller slowly for a moment before ramping up to full speed. As soon as the trigger is released power is immediately cut and the propeller stops.
Safety Safety Grille： The safety grille must be kept on at all times and be removed for maintenance only.
　 Obstruction sensor： It is fitted to the SEADOO SEASCOOTER to protect the user and the motor. If the unit suddenly loses power, remove the SEADOO SEASCOOTER from the water, switch it off at the master switch, remove the battery and then remove any obstruction from the propeller. If no obstruction is found then let the SEADOO SEASCOOTER cool down for twenty minutes before reusing. If power is still off  then check that the battery terminals are still in position.
